Actually, mouthwash can make your breath fresh but dentists do not recommend the use of mouthwash every after eating because there are some chemicals that are mixed in mouthwash that is said to have bad effects in the gums most especially if the gums are wounded.

Yes, mints can reduce or perhaps eliminate the awful odor that comes from the mouth. In reality, mint only cover bad breath in just a short period of time.
